  • How do I place my order?

    All orders should be placed on the website, by adding to your cart and selecting the check out option on the cart page. In special circumstances, if an order cannot be placed online, contact us. Please note there will be a 24-48 hour processing time if done this way.

  • How long will my order take to ship?

    Most products are kept in-stock, and will ship the same business day the order is placed. If we cannot accommodate your request, you will be contacted directly with an update.

  • Do you accept returns?

    We do NOT accept USED products. Any returns must have prior authorization from us prior to us accepting it. All products have a 15% restocking fee. Anything that was custom ordered is not eligible for return. Customers must contact us for a return address within 10 days of receiving the product. At that time, we will explain whether your order is eligible for a refund or exchange. Must unopened and in orignal packing .

  • What is your shipping policy?

    The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned products. Any product returned to us MUST be packaged properly before shipping, and should be insured through the shipping carrier. If any product is damaged in transit to us, it is the responsibility of the shipper to file a claim with the carrier they used. If the customer chooses not to file a claim, it becomes their responsibility to pay for the damages. Shipping charges will NEVER be refunded on returns.   • When sending in a repair, we ask that you write a note with your name, address, and contact information. As well as if you know what needs to be repaired on your product. We will not have the price of repair until we are able to look at the product and see what is wrong with it.

  • If you receive your order and you are missing parts, please contact us with your order number and name so we can help you to the best of our ability.

  • Contact us either through our phone number or email with your order number and what product you would like to add, and we will add it to your order (if it hasn’t been shipped out yet) and call you for a source of payment.
